Well it’s official-school is back in session and so too are a lot of my athletes as they begin a brand new season of play.
With the start of anything new comes the need to get back to work on their goal-setting and goal-getting. I am a big believer in the power of goals. So much so that I personally would never dare enter into any important performance without setting my intentions for that performance.
