From a young age, I was driven to succeed. I mastered the skills that brought me to the top level of athletics (playing professionally in the National Women’s Hockey League) and academics (graduating on the National Dean’s List from Princeton University).

I had a lot of help and mentoring along the way, and thanks to the best teachers, trainers and coaches in the world, I learned the secrets to developing the performance enhancing strategies and habits that enabled me to achieve great success.

As a Performance Coach, it is now my personal purpose and passion to help others reach the top of their game and achieve their most meaningful dreams and greatest goals, using the same peak performance strategies and success secrets that I cultivated throughout my journey to the top.
